Cosigned a lease for friend, resulted in him paying rent in full. After 3 years of being cosigner, he has decided he will no longer cosign. Requesting information on legal way to let landlord/tenant know he will no longer cosign. Lease states he will continue to automatically be guarantor. Current lease ends Sept 30th. Seeking assistance/tenant rights

Entry door (secure) to building is broken. The call box doesn't work. All tenants are having this issue. Mgmt. not doing anything, been like this for 4-5months

PER CSB: Animal feces box has been abandoned on the side of the Bancroft apartment building. I sent in a complaint over a week ago and it was closed out with no resolution (to my knowledge) I live next door and the rodent activity/smell is ruining the quiet enjoyment of my home.
