Tenant has been living in unpermitted ADU for 90+ days. Caller notes poorly regulated water temperature, poor placement of bathroom facilities, no kitchen in unit, unmarked entrance (caller cannot receive mail), uneven grade at entrance to unit - tripping hazard. Caller will vacate premises at end of February 2017. ADU is located in SE corner of parcel.
