Puget Sound Energy inspected the Heating system in the apartment and capped it due to excessive carbon monoxide output that would denigrate resident help. We have made a complaint about the heating system but the management has not responded. We have been without heat for 3 months. Building has been non-responsive to structural denigration including ceiling collapse in other units.

There is a rat infestation in the apartment building. My unit has been especially affected. I have tons of evidence (photos, videos) of rats and rat droppings and have personally caught and disposed of several rats in my unit. My kitchen has been completely contaminated for nearly a month now. The rats have been living and defecating inside my appliances, rendering the oven completely unusable.
