per online complaint: Construction and mechanical equipment noise from in front of 1616Queen Anne Avenue North at 11:30pm on 11/27/2016. Can be heard inside home with windows closed more than a block away. I walked over and saw Jim Dandy Sewer & Plumbing Company working with large equipment causing the noise disturbance.
