Per online complaint "Loud construction noise beginning at 7 am weekdays & 8am weekends on construction site at Pine & Belmont. Constant loud noise & drilling throughout the day, building at 1619 Belmont shakes and rattle as if there's an earthquake. Noise the worst during morning hours, making it impossible to sleep!"
