Notice of Violation: Emergency

Opened December 5, 2024 · Updated December 5, 2024

The front door to my unit does not latch (fully close) or lock after I had to break in to medicate my pet when I was locked out on August 28th 2024. After repeated attempts to coordinate with property management, sending a certified request to repair the door, while bearing liability for the repairs and their full cost, nothing has been done over 14 weeks later, except measurements taken for a door frame replacement on two dates, August 30th and September 30th 2024. No progress has been made.
