I signed a lease for a furnished rental. It was remote move in thru an app. I have called, emailed, and texted and have been unable to get ahold of the management company for a week. It was not the apartment that was shown to me over video. I was told it was a first floor apartment and furnished. It's only partially finished and not as pictured. The rental and apartment site advertised air conditioning.  It's a basement unit next to a hot boiler room. The temperature sits above 80 in the unit.

Contractor cut a large root from our Fir tree within the "No Ground Disturbance" area designated on the development's Site Plan. They had an arborist out AFTER the root was cut and the arborist has said it will not damage the tree. However, we are concerned that the appropriate process was not followed and the arborist was only called after we complained to the property developer that there was ground disturbance in the area marked "no ground disturbance"
