Unit B in the "Lavilla" apartment complex at 1620 13th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122 is currently being advertised on Zillow as a rental unit available for move-in now on a 12-month lease. The media provided on the Zillow posting shows a couple concerning configurations in the unit. The primary complaint for this unit is the size of the refrigerator and its placement at the entry of the kitchen which creates an incredibly narrow clearance into and out of the kitchen, becoming a potential fire life

The building is called the lavilla and its at 1620 13th ave In apartment 16 they have blocked the only window that leads to the fire escape by installing a shower in front of it and covering it it with tile. Its highly unsafe if there ever was a fire
