Opened November 21, 2008 · Updated December 4, 2008
Mold growing for approx a month on all 3 walls and ceiling of closet in unit. The maintenance man came by Nov 5 to repair a broken porcelain seal in the bathtub (bathroom & closet share same wall), then placed an anti humidifier in the closet, hoping that would take care of the problem. Compl waited until Nov 17 to check the status of the closet and found mold continuing to grow. Compl thinks there must be broken water pipe somewhere, maybe from unit above.
