The Cascadia Apartments recently installed new outdoor LED lighting in the parking area to the north side of the building and began using them the first week of August. The intensity and glare of the new lights was brought to the attention of the resident manager by me and at least one other resident. The resident manager said there wasn't much he could do, but tried several things to help reduce the glare. He tried redirecting some of the light fixtures away from pointing directly at the apart
