The excavation and then build up wall against my property is insufficient and is against code.  The result of the lack of retaining wall height has cause my property to fall into their property.

I live at 1757 17th Ave S, and there is an active construction site that abuts the northwest side of my property. There was a significant amount of excavation done, and the retaining wall that was built doesn't go as high as the land that was removed. Can someone come out and take a look to see if the excess land above the retaining wall is up to code? It seems like my land could potentially erode.
