1622 33rd Avenue, which is adjacent to my property (1626 33rd Ave.) lighting from all windows on the south side of the property illuminates my southside bedroom hindering my sleep. I have applied a dark screen to my bedroom window but the lighting still protrudes through. 1622 is a rental that house five-20 year old males who do not turn off the lights at night.
