Caller is a landlord who is trying to evict problem tenants - they are behind on rent, have had police called on them, damage the property, etc. Landlord wants to know what rights they have (alrighty working on starting the eviction process). Landlord is under the impression that SDCI can speed up the eviction process if related to criminal activity.
