There is 3 huge air conditioning units on the south side of 1628 42nd ave e borderline with 1624. One of the unit is running at night and it was very loud as I can hear it from my up stair bedroom. I measured 58dB by the fence which is NOT code compliant. Please help inspect and rectify it. Thanks. I attached a picture showing which unit it is.

I have previously file a complaint on 11/06/2019:Record Number: 010605-19CP - "There is 3 huge air conditioning units on the south side of 1628 42nd ave e borderline with 1624. It is within 3 feet of property line and is very loud. It is located on the south side walkway of 1628. The proximity to property line and noise level is not code compliance."
