Our washing machine broke on 4/28/26. We submitted a complaint 4/29/26. It is now 6/8/26, and they have not repaired or replaced the washing machine. They have sent out some people to repair it, but they have not been successful. The repair people have recommended that the washer and dryer be replaced. The team at Blue Ridge has not provided us with an update in 2 weeks despite frequent requests.
