Residence has an air conditioning unit that is exceeding exterior sound level limits SMC 25.08.410 & SMC 25.08.420. A decibel meter reading of 57dB was taken from approximately 20 feet away. Unit is visible and can be heard from neighboring property line, especially from upper floors.
