1. Elevator that frequently breaks down because owner refuses to fix it properly. The elevator has been down for days and people frequently get stuck in the elevator for sometimes hours (happened to me.) Currently the elevator is down for TEN WEEKS. There are people on the third and fifth floors with ambulatory problems. This has become a major problem, because the owner is a cheapskate.2. Boarded up windows in the stairwell for months. There's no reason for it; the windows there were fine.
