Our townhome has a shared "party wall" and Airbnb guests at 1629 S Lane St. consistently play loud music, yell, scream, and bang the shared wall into the early morning hours which extend beyond the permitted 10p - 8a mandated quiet hours.

Airbnb guests threw objects at our home located at 1631 S Lane St. on 7/5/21 at 1:34 am. This type of behavior by Airbnb guests is destructive to our property and is negatively affecting our quality of life. We have attempted on numerous occasions to discuss guest issues with the Airbnb owners and have been met with hostility and no resolution.

My neighbor is renting their townhome as an Airbnb. My townhome shares a wall with this neighbor and we have endured numerous occasions in which the noise levels from the Airbnb guests have kept us awake.
