I am reaching out regarding my recent experience attempting to apply for the lease of 1629 Summit Ave (Summit Place) unit 207. I have communicated with manager Kristen Tejada twice over phone and have some serious concerns regarding my experience. Junk storage, mattress, bottles, balnckets, pillows and armchair has group of squaters are there 7:30am - 9:30am and back 10pm - 11pm. Violation is in eastside of alley way back of building.

ONLINE COMPLAINT- Location: Crawford Place near E Olive St.; Behind 1629 Summit Ave and Behind 1628 Bellevue Ave. Considerable noise emitting from pumping truck easily exceeding 100 db. Could not find a permit in your system. Pumping trucks have been at work on weekdays since August 20, 2004. I decline to provide my name, however please investigate.
