Per Online; The carpet is rippled and has holes in it throughout the apartment. The bathroom light is not connected due to the wiring not being hooked up correctly. It was hot and smelling like something was burning. There a chunk of porcelain that is been broken out and a huge rust hole in the bathroom tub.
