I have put in 2 maintenance orders regarding a loose animal in the attic that I believe is a raccoon (by the sounds of it) and it is still there. Both of the maintenance orders say that they have been "Completed" but I am still hearing sounds of digging, scratching, and crawling/walking noises of the animal.

One of the bathrooms in the boarding house has been unusable for over 3 weeks. I put in a work order on 01/03/2026 and asked for it to be followed up on 01/12/2026 and contacted the property management about it on 1/16/2026 and it still hasnt been fixed
