Reported dripping pipes in ceiling to landlord 7/22, technician didn't come till 8/3 after making another emergency request. The ceiling was drooping and drooping for days. I had/have to catch the drips with a bus tub in my shower/on my toilet. The technician sprayed some foam into the space and left. As recently as last night 8/5, the dripping has started again. There is a huge hole in my ceiling with water dripping out. I believe there is mold as well.

Per Online;I was a resident at 1633 Boylston Ave, Unit 203 from the end of July of 2022 until the end of January of 2023. During my stay, I was managed by Peak Living Services. I felt the building they rented from - Buena Vista Apartments - was severely underkept, and what not what was advertised at all.
