Hello!I am filing a complaint regarding Bungalow Living, Inc at 1641 10th Ave E, Unit B, Seattle, WA 98102. I am a current resident under an active lease. Bungalow added $1091.24 in back charges from a previous lease at 3330 S Holly St, and Issued a 14-day pay-or-vacate notice despite a full payment of my current May rent and associated charges. Per CSB: There are some broken limbs hanging down from a large tree on the planting strip, and these almost completely block the sidewalk. They are still attached to the tree, so I assume this is the city's responsibility to take care of.

Per online complaint "My unit has raw sewage in it form an exploded toilet pipe (June 13) from the upstairs unit, and has refused to clean up, repair the damage, or my ceiling. My Dr thinks I have E. Coli from the sewage. The state of my apartment is ruining my health and forcing me to move." I left msg for complainant that I am taking the complaint but we cannot keep this confidential because if it is determined there is a code violation the property owner will get the citation.
