They are in violation of Seattle Municipal Code 23.54.015.C.3:"In all multifamily zones, commercial uses are limited to no more than ten parking spaces per business establishment."My interpretation of the code is that NC3P-75(M) zoning allows multi-family developments, therefore it falls under 23.54.015.C.3's vague description of 'all multifamily zones'.
