Wants housing inspection - landlord has been slow to fix leak from apartment above - has been unable to use kitchen for several days - has other issues & doesn't want next tenant to have to deal with them (moving out at the end of the month: 5/31/10)

In 2007, heavy rain caused a leak in the ceiling of the living room and the dry wall cracked. It was not fixed until the spring of 2008 and it was apparent that it was a cosmetic patch. In November 2008, the dry wall cracked again. When it snowed in December, it started leaking again. They called again but it has not been fixed. Caller was Charles, fiance of the tenant, and his number is 206-384-8587.
