I've been dealing with a cockroach problem since Nov. 2022. Management has had my unit exterminated twice but the roaches keep coming back. I gave notice to I want to break the lease without penalty because I refuse to continue to live with roaches. I was denied the request by management. What are my rights?

After our entire building was (allegedly) treated for cockroaches on 3/30/2023, we're still seeing cockroaches. The picture I have attached is a young cockroach that was spotted in the hallway on the 2nd floor.

Per Online;Upon signing the lease, we were never informed of a pest infestation (cockroaches) in the neighboring apartment next to us. A tenant had also moved a fridge infested with cockroaches into a storage unit with others' belongings in there as well. Guide PM was aware of this and they did nothing to address it.The residents have had to contact property management in order to learn of various things that we believe should have been informed preemptively.
