Per online complaint "Unauthorized use at this property: Unit Lot Subdivision No. 3016499 provides there be usable pedestrian access along the southern border of the property to 161 23rd Ave, however, the designated pedestrian access is blocked by a fence and landscaping that needs to be removed to allow access."

Per 3/5/14 e-mail from Lisa Merz to Victoria Simpson: "...I am trying to help an old guy out. He called the PRC phone line and left a message.He owns property at 157 23rd Ave. It includes lot 7 and the s 5 feet of lot 8.His neighbor (165 23rd Ave) is building a townhome (3016499) and he claims they are encroaching into his 5 feet of lot 8.I think he is in his 80's and I didn't want to refer him somewhere else. Any way you can have an inspector check on this and call him back? I would really
