I am reporting deteriorating structural conditions at 168 Florentia St, a 3-story residential building in Queen Anne. The building's balconies are visibly sagging - tilting downward away from the building facade - and the exterior siding is cracking and separating in multiple areas. These conditions have gotten noticeably worse over the past year. I am concerned about the structural integrity of the balconies and the safety of the building's tenants and passersby.
