The retaining wall in front of the house is seriously failing with a big crack and is falling toward the sidewalk. Part of the wall fell down a few years ago. There is a giant tree (maybe more than one) above the retaining wall. There are utility lines in the right of way and when the wall collapses, the tree(s) may very well fall, take out the utility lines, and endanger the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.

PER CSB: Collapsed retaining wall by sidewalk. Seems like a landslide risk. Is this a code violation?
