Hello,I am a tenant at 169 Lynn St, and I have not had a working oven since July 5, 2026.I originally notified my property management company, Foreground Property Management, in writing via the Appfolio app on July 5, 2026. They eventually delivered a replacement oven, but they abandoned the installation halfway through. There was a problem installing the new oven in the opening the old oven occupied. The new, uninstalled appliance is currently just sitting in my kitchen, wired to

[For SDCI regarding private plant overgrowth into the sidewalk] Overgrown weeds and overhanging branches are encroaching from private property onto public sidewalk. The low hanging branches require you to have to duck significantly to walk on the sidewalk, and the weeds are extremely high (some as high as four feet or more)
