[For SDCI regarding private plant overgrowth into the sidewalk] Overgrown weeds and overhanging branches are encroaching from private property onto public sidewalk. The low hanging branches require you to have to duck significantly to walk on the sidewalk, and the weeds are extremely high (some as high as four feet or more)
