I'm a tenant at 17 Valley St, Apt 306, Seattle, WA, 98109. Since the heavy rain in early November, I've been experiencing serious health reactions (shortness of breath, elevated heart rate, swelling, rashes, and headaches) when in my living room near the south-facing windows.There's a strong musty odor that returns whenever the windows are closed, and visible dark staining and discoloration on the exterior wall below the windows. Water leak in ceiling on and off since 2000. Four or five days of leaking in 2000. Leaked from 10/15/03 to 10/20/03 then stopped. Now leaking from 11/13/03 to present. Sent letter to landlord at end of November 2003. Wants housing inspection.
