On August 9th there was a leak o. The 3rd floor of our building that reached the 1st floor and damaged multiple units. The inspector added fans and dehumidifiers to the bedroom of our unit on that day. Since then they have been running 24 ours a day and we were told it'll still be on till Monday the 24th. Because of the time frame all of the paint on the walls are peeling. It's been unlivable and we've gotten very little information from the building management. We are questioning the process o

Per Online; I am a tenant at the Star, a building managed by Allied Residential. There is a bee hive in the exterior walls of our apartment building. The leasing agent in our office was informed of the hive about two months ago, but no action has been taken to remove the bees. The bees are infected with Apocephalus borealis (the "zombie bee" parasite), which causes them to behave erratically, swarm to lights at night, and die. They need to be removed; they are entering
