Raw sewage - Tenant flushed the toilet & it drained then the bathtub filled up with foul smelling brown almost black raw sewage water. Tenant stated that they are handicapped with medical condition. She cannot take a shower or use the toilet. Was told by property management to take the elevator to the 4 floor to use office bathroom.
