Trader Joe's continues to do overnight construction with extremely loud drilling throughout the night. I live in the apartments above it and there's no escaping the noise. It is so loud it immediately wakes you up.

In November I raised a maintenance concern to the property manager about incorrect water metering from a third party company, not SPU. I have received 2 bills showing water usage 4x my actual usage. Despite raising the concern in November, no professional maintenance has been sent out, and I went from December 5th-January 5th without receiving any response despite following up several times.
