Roof was leaking, large cracks in the unit cracks in the pantry have started to leak. This has been ongoing since January. Carpets are old and torn need to be replaced, dishwasher does not work. Bathroom has mold and there is a fowl smell in the bathroom coming from the plumbing. Manager is aware of everything has not fixed the issues. Transferred to Silke to ask about tenants rights on unit not being up to code.
