At the parking lot of the Beacon View Apartments located in 1701 12th Ave. S. 98144, a white truck is illegally parked. The truck is not operable (according to the owner, himself) and it has an expired registration tab. Based on the lease agreement vehicles must be operable an must have a valid registration tab. This vehicle violates at least 2 criteria from the lease agreement and must get towed as soon as possible.
