Per online complaint "on 4/23, apt had sewage water leaking down in bthrm & hall. bldg owner wont clean any of this up. cleaning svc documents mold/fecal odor in bthrm. walls in bthrm now are bubbled out and soft. hall has residue on walls/floor/inside fixtures, still smells very bad. building is health hazard"
