My landlord refuses to return any amount of my security deposit after I have moved out. They incorrectly are stating that I owe additional utilities costs, although I have written statements from them stating that these amounts are not owed. They are further demanding that I pay the amount or be sent to collections.

Unclean living conditions in basement. Evidence of bugs, dirt, debris. Looks like it has a sub pump but pump is not working. This is directly in front of the laundry appliances where tenants have to step and stand. Sound of a leak or something in the wall. Strong odor of mildew and mold.Evidence
