The Wells Fargo bank on the main floor of our apartment building has been undergoing renovations the last several nights and had been generating lots of noise and noxious fumes through the night keeping many of us in the apartments upstairs awake and needing to leave our windows open despite the cold for ventilation. When we submitted complaints to to Guide Property Management (the owners of the building) they said that they werent involved in the project and that it was up to
