No Heat. Furnace blows cold air and tenants have not had heat for 1 year. Owner gets furnace going but it breaks shortly after. Owner also routinely enters the house with no notification and doesn't care when tenant reminds him of tenant rights to privacy.

Rats in house, hole in back of house where rats tunnel in. One pane of glass from double-paned front window is completely shattered. Owner has not removed animal corpse from under the building. Disconnected downspouts causing drainage issues.
