Please require the owner to reimburse me for towing/ticket costs. The developer of this property under construction is abusing street permits. It resulted in illegal towing of my vehicle and costs this week. Their permit signs note the other side of the street: 1710- but they moved the signs to my side of the street themselves, 1709, and had vehicles towed. They are keeping the area on their side blocked off with cones but using it to park whenever they want while blocking all
