We manage 1715 12th, and our neighboring property, 1711 12th Ave has had a broken gate for at least 9 months. People trespass through the broken gate, up the stairs, and onto the 1711 roof. The properties are built next to each, with about 1 foot of separately. So the trespassers jump from the 1711 roof to our roof.
