Calling on behalf of complainant's mom, normally would make payment by check but doesn't know why office is saying they did not receive recent rent checks. Now his mom is in the process of moving out because she's dissatisfied with the service there. They changed locks to her place so they can't fully move out, also wondering about status of checks they sent to landlord that landlord is claiming they didn't receive. Will require Vietnamese translation.
