I requested in writing on 1/3/22 that my property manager repair a broken handrail in my building. I had ankle surgery on 1/5/22 and relied upon the handrails to enter and exit my apartment safely. As of today, 2/24/22, the handrail has still not been repaired after multiple requests and emails.
