plumbing is backing up landlord is aware of issue.E.D. -- Back up was to neighboring property. This has been downgraded from EO to regular housing. Contact has list of minor repairs needed like a broken bathroom fan.

There is a tree that appears to be located on 1712 24th that hangs over into the alley (behind) and is starting to impede the ability to use the alley without branches scraping the cars.
