Per Online; The landlord is renting out a cottage in the backyard of the main house. The cottage has an extensive black mold infestation that makes the place uninhabitable. The landlord is aware of the black mold growing in the windowsill frames, the walls, and in most areas of the bathroom, but refuses to have a mold assessment done or take any action beyond bleaching the visibly contaminated areas, which I did several times during my residency.
