The intercom/callbox for my apartment building has been broken for over 3 months now, to the point that all my neighbors are just taping their phone numbers to the box as a way to still get notified when someone is at the door, although management is consistently taking these notes down once a week for unexplained reasons. When I tried emailing management about this issue, they simply said "the callbox will not be fixed." When I called the renting in Seattle helpline, I was told this is a viola
