PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Construction without a permit. They are building a structure in the backyard with four posts and a metal roof.***(HZT NOTES: Complainant stated it looks like a carport with a corrugated roof. The occupanta worked over the weekend and built the struction. She thinks it is a rental, and it was built by the occupants of the house. Accela does show there is an active RRIO registration in the system for the property.)
