Hello, I am the Property Manager next door, The Summit at Lake Union 1735 Dexter Ave N. The property next door has not had trash pick up in over 3 weeks. They have overflowing garbage and about 2 feet perimeter of garbage around the bins. I have tried to contact the Management Company Guide Properties, but have not received a call back. My Residents are complaining of the noise, the sight and the insects/rodents the open garbage could attrack.

My husband and I were awoken at 0230 this AM d/t loud voices of multiple people coming from the rooftop of this building. There was a fire pit on and a large group of people on the roof. My husband attempted to call out to them to ask them to keep it down, they could not hear us. We called the non emergency number for SPD and asked for an officer to come and assess the situation. Per online: Drive to 1650 aurora ave n coming from aurora and take a right down the little alley you will see a ton of garbage that has been there for over 2 months a toilet, etc. It's directly in front of the parking space that says "property manager" its behind the Kilbirnie condos. Please remove ASAP.
