online - As I understand it, 'Lowrise, Midrise, Highrise, Residential-Commercial, and Neighborhood Commercial zones' construction can go from 7 AM-7 PM during the week, and the condos they are constructing next door routinely work far past these times (it is nearly 8, and they are still hammering away).
